About Mantle Management
Mantle Management is backed by industry veterans with decades of experience. Mantle is led by its founder, Denny Pregent. Denny has held roles in communities and corporate offices for 18 years. Starting as a care and medication aide helped him understand the resident needs and staff workflows at the ground level. Growing to lead corporate operations & sales teams of 20+ helped him deliver care to more of those in need- marry these two principles and communities flourish.

Leads cultural renewal at a large community lifting resident, team, and stakeholder results over three-year period.

Takes on district leadership role now leading communities throughout the Mid Atlantic.

Founds Mantle Management. Leads stabilization of its first community.
Denny serves on:
- Virginia Assisted Living Association Board of Trustees as Vice Chair and Head of Public Policy.
- ECPI University Advisory Boards for the Healthcare Administration and Registered Nurse programs.
- Cardinal Newman Academy board as Founder and President.
